01 Introduction & Consent

Fb71 (https://fb71.one) is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and around the world. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between fb71 and its users.

02 Account Register

• Accounts cannot be opened in a company or joint name — an account must always be held in the name of an individual.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep the personal information on their account up to date.

03 Age Verification

Fb71 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are over 18 years of age.
• Fb71 may request a copy of your National ID or passport for age verification at any time.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until age verification is complete.
• If a user is found to be a minor, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Fb71 supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking and Nagad, Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500. Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12–24 hours. On banking days, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same account number used to make the deposit.
• For suspicious transactions, fb71 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until the verification process is completed.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred to a third party.
• If a technical error occurs during a transaction, fb71 reserves the right to void or correct that transaction.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Fb71 regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements. Please read the terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
• Welcome bonuses are generally subject to a wagering requirement of 20x to 30x.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once. A welcome bonus will not be granted more than once per household, address, or device.
• If you withdraw after claiming a bonus but before meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
• Fb71 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account will be suspended and the bonus forfeited.

06 Game & Betting Rules

All games on the fb71 platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules, which are available within the game itself.

• Fb71 uses a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system — all outcomes are completely fair and random.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Betting limits are set individually for each game or event. Bets placed outside the specified limits will not be accepted.
• If match-fixing or any form of fraudulent gameplay is detected, fb71 will take immediate action.

07 Code of Conduct

All fb71 users are expected to treat each other with respect. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Using software bots, automation tools, or any form of hacking.
• Attempting to access another user's account or collecting other users' personal information.

• Using multiple accounts or false identities to exploit the bonus system.

Violation of these rules entitles fb71 to close the account and forfeit the balance without notice.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

• Any active bonus balance will be forfeited upon account closure.
• Once verification is complete, the cash balance will be returned via the designated payment method.
• Fb71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the event of a rule violation.
• Self-exclusion requests made under the Responsible Gaming Policy will take effect immediately.

10 Limitation of Liability

Fb71 is committed to delivering the highest quality of service; however, fb71 will not be held liable for the following:

• If a game or transaction is disrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
• Account security being compromised due to the user's own actions.
• If the service of a third-party payment provider is disrupted.
• Failure to comply with local laws regarding online gaming in the user's country.

Fb71's maximum financial liability shall under no circumstances exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.

11 Changes to Terms & Legal Jurisdiction
